                                     Birthday Packages

(Note: A minimum of 3 days is required prior to booking online.  For times less than 3 days, please contact the facility directly.  Party Add Ons may not be available if booking under 3 days!)
       KLIMERZ "ULTIMATE" PARTY PACKAGE

 

       Price: $ 360.00 and includes:

  • Admission for up to 10, including birthday child.

  • Drink of choice (Slush, Bottle of Pop/Juice).

  • Coffee/Tea for parents of birthday child.

  • 2 Large 2 topping pizzas (Hot dogs can be substituted).

  • Basic Tableware included for meal and cake.

  •  Bag of popcorn twists for all children.

  • Loot bags for the kids.

  • 10 adults free of charge, $5.00 for each adult over the allotted 10.

  • $ 36.00 charge for each additional child.

          (You may purchase additional Party Add Ons for this package)

     KLIMERZ "PLAY" PACKAGE

 

         Price: $ 275.00 and includes:

  • Admission for up to 10, including birthday child.

  • Drink of choice (Slush, Bottle of Pop/Juice).

  • Coffee/Tea for parents of birthday child.

  • Basic tableware included for cake.

  •  Bag of popcorn twists for all children.

  • 10 adults free of charge, $5.00 for each adult over the allotted 10.

  • Fruit Tray: $ 45.00

  KLIMERZ "ECONO" PACKAGE

    (Monday to Thursday Only)

    Price: $ 137.50 and includes:

  • Admission for up to 5, including birthday child.

  • Drink of choice (Slush, Bottle of Pop/Juice).

  • Coffee/Tea for parents of birthday child.

  • Basic tableware included for cake.

  • Bag of popcorn twists for all children.

  • 5 adults free of charge, $5.00 for each adult over the allotted 5. 

  • $ 27.50 charge for each additional child.

     (You may purchase additional Party Add Ons for this package)

 *Please note that we require to be notified by the Wednesday prior to your party

  date to be able to add on Loot bags, Fruit and Vegetable trays if not already done so at the time of your booking.*

  (While our loot bags do not contain nuts, we cannot guarantee the items did not come in contact with any nuts prior to arriving at our facility. This includes at the manufacturing plant and during transportation.)

  *No Piñatas or Silly String Allowed*

        Private Rental

   Price: $ 265.00 per hour 
          (2-hour minimum charge)           
             * Time slots can only be booked for the end of day and during weekdays (Monday to Friday) only. *
         * Private Rentals are not available on Holidays and School breaks during the school year.  *
  • Party add ons can be applied to private rentals.
  • Full concession will be made available.
  • You are allowed to bring cake/cupcakes for your guests.
  • All rules and facility guidelines remain in place during your rental.
  • Basic tableware provided.
  • All food orders/party add ons must be decided 1 week prior to your event.
  • Deposit of $ 265.00 will be required at time of booking.
  • Deposit becomes non-refundable 7 days prior to reservation date.
  • We reserve the right to limit private rentals to specific days and for special circumstances.
  • Please note that access to the birthday party rooms are not included in this rental.

BIRTHDAY PARTY / PRIVATE RENTAL WHAT TO KNOW
  • We will follow up with a confirmation email or phone call, a few days prior to your actual party/rental date. (Please check your junk/spam folder as the email may be redirected.)

  • Private Rentals are booked at the end of the day and must be booked for the entirety of regular business hours. For example customers cannot book a private rental from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. The rental must be booked until the closing time of 7pm.  

  • Each birthday party will be for a duration of 2 hours in the private room. Please ensure that you arrive on time, as your party time will not be extended if you are late. 

  • Party decorations can be placed 15 minutes prior to the start of the party. If the party room is still being cleaned during that time, guests will have to wait until the room is cleaned before being able to decorate.  

  • Only the provided scotch tape will be allowed to affix decorations to the wall. Tacks and 3m type of adhesives are prohibited. Any damage to a party room resulting from the improper use of adhesives, etc.  is the responsibility of the guest and will be assessed a $ 30.00 charge per blemish. 

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own party cakes/cupcakes. A freezer is available for those wishing to bring ice cream cakes.

  • Clean up will be completed by our staff and start 15 minutes prior to the end of the party time.

  • All utensils, plates, and napkins are provided by us, so all you need are any party decorations you wish to bring.

  • A deposit of $100.00 for the Ultimate and Play birthday packages, $ 75.00 for the Econo birthday package, and $ 265.00 for private rentals will be due immediately upon booking. Deposits will become non-refundable 7 days prior to the date of the party.

  • Deposits will not be returned if a party is booked less than 7 days in advance and subsequently cancelled, or you do not show up for your party on the date it is booked.

  • Bookings made by telephone will not be held until a deposit is paid for those that require to pay in person. You have until the next day to pay the deposit after booking is made or the party will be cancelled and no food or other birthday/party items will be prepared. Bookings where a credit card is not provided, the party/rental will be required to be paid in full.

  • Special food allergies will be considered. Any food allergy concerns must be brought up with the staff at least 1 week prior to the event.

  • For birthday parties, due to capacity concerns, only one adult entry is allowed per child present at the party. Additional adult entries will be charged at a rate of $5.00/Adult over the limit. (We reserve the right to limit adult attendance per party booking.)

  • Socks are to be worn at all times for hygienic reasons. (Socks can be purchased at the admission desk!)

  • No outside food or drinks, except water, is allowed to be brought inside the facility.  

  • ANY RUDE OR DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR EXHIBITED BY ANY CUSTOMERS TO KLIMERZ STAFF, EITHER ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON PRIOR TO THE PARTY OR WHILE ATTENDING THE PARTY,  WILL RESULT IN YOUR PARTY BEING IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED AND YOUR PARTY DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
