A waiver must be completed before participating in any activities.

Please note the following general guidelines/rules:

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children. Children cannot be left unattended and with anyone under the age of 18. Klimerz is not responsible for the safety and supervision of your children, unless otherwise specified. 

• No shoes and no bare feet for both children & adults. Socks are always required to be worn and can be purchased at the admission desk. 

• No outside food, drink, or gum. (Baby formula/milk/snacks are allowed for infants)

• No food, drink, toys or sharp objects allowed in the play areas or on the play structure. 

• No glitter, as it is extremely difficult to clean up.

• No climbing on the outside of the play structure, netting or railings. Klimerz is not responsible for injuries resulting from any unsafe or inappropriate use of playground equipment.

• No standing or climbing up slides.

• No swinging or hanging from punch bags, buoys or noodles.

• No running throughout the entire facility.

• Rude or disrespectful behaviour, rough play, bullying, inappropriate language, or physical destruction will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the facility. 

• Out of respect for others, please ensure your child is free of illness before visiting us.

• The toddler area is reserved for children aged 3 and under. (Parents/guardians are welcome to enter to supervise/play with their children.)

• We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal items.

• The main play structure age limit is reserved to 12 years of age and under.  (Parents/guardians are welcome to enter to supervise/play with their children.)
